All data of patients were entered Excel spreadsheets, build databases. Efficacy of before and after treatment, including:traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, disease activity score and the like. Using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis, compare the syndrome scores, mucosal lesions score of before and after treatment.Results:(1) The study included 41 patients, including 22 males and 19 females, aged 18-65 years. Their mean age were 38.02 years,16 cases within 18-29 years,10 cases within 30-39 years,8 cases within 40-49 years,7 cases within 50-65 years. Clinical classification are full colonic.(2) Patients were evaluated by symptom scale,0 cases were clinically cured,3 cases were markedly,38 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 100%, suggesting Qingchangwenzhong oral prescription and clyster combined with western medicine can reduce the clinical symptoms of activity severe ulcerative colitis patients, with statistical significance (P<0.05)(3) After treatment, there were 11 patients have taken a colonoscopy. after 6 months of treatment a total of 11 patients were reviewed colonoscopy, which 11 patients were disease activity assessment, the results showed that the effective rate of 90.90%, suggesting that the oral and bowel temperature enema Combined with Western energy lowering of moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis disease activity, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The inflammatory markers CRP and ESR was declined, PLT was decreased, while the Hb and ALB were significantly increased. Conclusion:Qingchangwenzhong oral prescription and clyster combined with western medicine can reduce the clinical symptoms, reduce disease activity of SUC patients.
