| [Objective]This study collected nearly 10 years of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment and research literature, in order to improve the curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. And with ultrasonic evaluation of knee osteoarthritis synovial changes and leg bath therapy to give more detailed image data, provide more accurate and objective evidences for leg bath therapy, in order for the clinical treatment of the disease to provide new method.[Methods]1.Literature research:By the retrospective method, collection of nearly 10 China journal full text database (CNKI) and PubMed documents, mainly refer to related literature of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment and related literatures, and introduces the leg bath therapy, summarize the advantages and disadvantages and the treatment principle of inductive leg bath therapy.2. Experimental research:This study selected 37 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, in three weeks, the selection of a unified Chinese medicine granule of leg bath therapy for 6 times, the changes of synovium thickness before and after ultrasonic treatment, and evaluated using the WOMAC scale, record the data and analyzed by statistical software.[Results]Through the comparison of patients before and after treatment WOMAC score, pain, stiffness and activity were significantly improved compared with before treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Before and after the treatment of synovial membrane thickness has become thinner, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]Leg bath therapy can be adjusted through the meridians and blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, for grade â…¡ synovial mild thickening, curative effect of TCM leg bath therapy significantly; for class â…¢ has higher moderate synovial thickening, the excellent rate of treatment; but for the grade of synovial thickening of the severe treatment decreased significantly. Through the refinement of ultrasound on knee joint synovial thickness analysis before treatment can predict the disease curative effect, and provide objective basis for imaging its curative effect after treatment. |
