Purpose:Explore the feasibility of "Piyantang" treated dermatosis of "Xuere" clinical applications and scientificity, combing "Piyantang" prescription basis, research and clinical results,to assist in scientific experts to explore and inherit the experiences of famous experts.Methods:Taking typical clinical cases as thread, author analysis and carding classification and treatment of dermatosis of "Xuere", sources and ingredient of "Piyantang".Result:"Piyantang" is transformed by "Xijiaodihuangtang" and "Baihutang", the ingredient of it is gypsum, rhizoma anemarrhenae, honeysuckle, fructus forsythiae,radices rehmanniae, TreePeonyBark, Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Herba Loophatheri, licorice.Based on tradition -al medicine books, every herb in "Piyantang"can treat dermatitis and pharmacological experiments also prove that these herbs can handle inflammatory, which means "QingReJieDu"in TCM."Piyantang" has definite therapeutic effect to dermatosis of "Xuere".The treatment period and efficacy associated with disease, chronic such as corticost -eroid dependent dermitis and rosacea needs more time to recover, acute disease such as Solar dermatitis and pityriasis rosea can recover quickly.In the clinical treatment, "Piyantang"is usually used for dermatosis of "xuere" such as drug eruption,too much dose may cause mild discomfort in patients with stomach, no other side effects.
