Purpose:To explore the mechanism of the treatment for chronic hepatitis C through the clinical observation on the effect of Qianggan jiedu Formula curing the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of chronic hepatitis C combined with polyethylene glycol interferon/Leigh Bhave LinMaterial and method:76 patients included in the standard of chronic hepatitis c patients divided into two groups, in accordance with the principle of random, and group A as the control group (38 cases), group B for the experimental group (38 cases). Among them, the control group was given pegylated interferon injection conbined with Leigh Bhave Lin, and the experimental group was treated with Qianggan jiedu Formula, on the basis of the rest of the test conditions are the same as the control group. Both two groups were recorded followed by 12 weeks,24 weeks as a period of observation. Include in the TCM syndrome integral, liver function biochemical indexes:alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic acid transaminase (AST), HCV RNA negative rate, interleukin IL-2 (IL-2),as well as the change of Neutrophil and platelet count, futher to compare the curative effect of two groups.Results:Clinical studies show that compared with the control group, the experimental group can significantly improve patient liver function alt, AST and biochemical indexes, HCV RNA negative rate also increased (P< 0.05), as well as improve the level of IL-2, the inhibitory effect of interferon in the bone marrow also improced obviously. This study affirmed its efficacy for clinical treatment at the same time has a certain guiding significance.
