| Objective: Through clinical observation, research of traditional Chinese medicineanti HCV particles with pegylated interferon plus ribavirin for chronic hepatitis C clinicalcurative effect.Methods: Clinical selection met the inclusion criteria for chronic hepatitis C in60cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (n=30) givenmedicine against hepatitis C particles with long-acting interferon in combination withribavirin, a control group (n=30) given a long-acting interferon in combination withribavirin, two groups take48weeks for the duration of treatment, the clinical effects werecompared between the two groups.Results: Clinical studies have shown, the experimental group the effect of TCM WMTreatment, symptoms were better than the control group (P <0.05or P <0.01) theexperimental group can significantly improve patients with liver function, viral load testingindex, its effect is better than that of control group (P <0.05or P <0.01) two groupsduring treatment showed no adverse reaction.Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine against HCV particles with long-actinginterferon in combination with ribavirin is the treatment of chronic hepatitis C andeffective prescriptions, this study affirms its efficacy. |
