In about 2004, media concentrating on people became a new focus in the market. This thesis has a short statement of history of people reporting and media concentrating on people.Also, the thesis analyzes the main reasons of the rising of the media concentrating on people, points out that these kinds of media are facing four main challenges: difficulty in ad and reporting resource exploit> small scale and deficiency of operating experience.At last, this thesis demonstrates five countermeasures for development: firstly, basing on people, shape the core competition of the comprehensive media concentrating on people ;secondly, improve the mode of people reporting; thirdly, form the mature industry chains; fourthly, pursue the effective circulation; fifthly, adopt the form of "the second sell" , using ad as the main income.
