| The archive is a place where people keep original records in social practice activities.It bears the historical records of human society from ancient times to the present,witnesses the development of various aspects of historical change,and plays an indispensable role in society through its continuous functioning.Therefore,archive is an important part of social development,and archival function is the core embodiment of archives value.In the course of historical development,the development of archives' functions has been affected by various social factors.It has performed and played different functional positions at different stages with the development of society.From the founding of the People's Republic in 1949 to the beginning of the new era of the 21 st century,the construction and development of the function of the provincial comprehensive archives in China has been positively affected by all aspects of society,and has achieved great development and progress.From the 1983 National Archives Administration 's proposal to make good use of the “Two in one” function of the archives to the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” for national archives development,it was pointed out that the “Five in one” archives development system should be initially realized in 2020.Grade comprehensive archives have achieved gradual growth in the process of functional development.Therefore,when he “Five in one” archives development system is about to be initially realized in 2020,research on the development of the function of the provincial comprehensive archives in China will help promote the growth of archives in new functions and break through the archives' traditional image and the influence of China's provincial comprehensive archives in society.This article mainly through literature analysis combined with case analysis method,with China's provincial-level comprehensive archives as the research object,to comb the research on the development context of China's provincial-level comprehensive archives after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The article briefly describes the process of the development and evolution of the function of the provincial comprehensive archives in China from the Two-in-one to the Five-in-one,analyzes the role positioning and role of the function construction process of the archives,and carefully examines the function of the comprehensive archives The development track of positioning summarizes the internal and external factors of the function evolution of the archives and the characteristics in the evolution process,and explores the dynamic factors and constraints that affect the function development of the archives.Finally,the article combines the opportunities and challenges faced by China's provincial comprehensive archives in the context of the new era,and according to the development trend and needs of the times,puts forward a rational conception of the future new functions of China's provincial comprehensive archives and gives related feasibility recommendations. |
