The adjustment and control decision support system of ecological framework is the symbol of the informatization and intellectualization of the adjustment and control decision-making of ecological framework. It is a suit of brandnew solution based on data warehouse technology and by way of tools of on-line analytical processing and data mining. Adopting SQL Server 2000 as back database management system, object-oriented programming language VB as downstage development tool, this paper based on the theory and method of ecological security and ecological balance studies the theoretical and practical problem of building the adjustment and control decision support system in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.Being the first to apply decision support technology based on data warehouse on decision problem of ecological framework adjustment and control, this paper changes the existing solution which people use to solve the problem and provides a platform for application decision. Data warehouse aiming at the adjustment and control of ecological framework is established, and based on which on-line analytical processing and data mining are used, at the same time, the effect on assistant decision is turned obviously by combining model decision with data decision. Linear programming model, principal component projection evaluation model and analytic hierarchy process model are used to realize functions of area ecological framework optimization and ecological security evaluation. This system conquered shortage of traditional decision support system and provided theoretical and practical bases for the layout of the adjustment and control of area ecological framework. As a result, the decision-making of the adjusting and control tends to be scientific ration, and takes on upper theoretical and practical significance.The system is developed according to system engineering thinking and software engineering method.
