In some situations of orientation during wireless communications and spread-spectrum communications, using multi-system can save the system structure, simplify the system complexity and improve the system stability. By means of decreasing electromagnetic mutual interference in the separate system, it will improve the system ability of anti-interference and survival in the complex electromagnetic environment.The spread-spectrum system based on the common DSSS technology can not complete efficiently multi-mission (spread-spectrum communication as well as distance measure). This paper proposed a spread-spectrum which can complete efficiently multi-mission—spread-spectrum communications and distance measure multi-system. This system takes advantage of the special multi-structure of multi-system inner-code and outer-code to realize double precision and a large amount of distance measure tasks; and makes use of soft spread-spectrum technology to fulfill the inner-code Mary spread-spectrum communications and thus realize efficiently the tasks.In the multi-system, the main factor of influencing distance measure performance is the estimation of TDOA that is the robust and accurate ability of TDOA estimation model. This paper analyzed the traditional TDOA estimation model—the malpractice of mutual correlation value detection algorithm and employed the improved algorithm—GCC algorithm (ROTH algorithm , SCOT algorithm and PATH algorithm) to improve the TDOA estimation performance of the multi-system.
