This paper describes the synthetic applied technique of the single-chip------the controlsystem is designed and implemented, which include import equipment PC keyboard and export equipment LCD module display based on inner micro-controller. Firstly, the characteristic and the development trend of Single-chip and the application of control system are introduced. Secondly, several commonly interface circuit between single-chip and keyboard are summarized. And the work principles of PC keyboard are expatiated, on the base of that, a simple and applied interface circuit between single-chip and PC keyboard are designed. At the same time, the keyboard initialization program and key-press disposal program are written. Then. LCD module RT240X64 display based on inner micro-controller is introduced, and designed the hardware interface circuit with LCD module, and realized direct addressing from CPU to LCD module. Lastly, The design and realization process of LCD-Scutcheon-Printer is discussed respectively from hardware to software, moreover, the designed circuit and the interrelated software are debugged synthetically on the emulator. Accordingly, the design of the interface circuit between single-chip and PC keyboard and LCD display are completed successfully.This control system could be used in much mechatronics equipment and in wide areas. What you need to do is to add this circuit to intrinsic system and take little change, so it has strong compatibility.
