The oil seal is the mechanical part which uses for sealing the oil, it causes the output part needs to lubricate and the transmission part in isolation, As for does not let the lubricating oil seep. In this topic's oil seal made of the ferroguinous material is stampinged by punching machine(go through four stamping process ,push-chip-stretch-anti-stretch-punching),at present all processes are finished by the man-power. The man-power production mode is behindhand , the production efficiency is primarily low and the security is not high. So a multi-working position manipulator is required, which can automatically complete the transmission of the work material between stations. The key of the multi-working position manipulator is that it can pick and place the material accurately. So control system of the manipulator is researched in this paper. single-chip microcomputer is took because of its advantages such as low cost and high benefit. The main works are as follows: Based on reseach on oil seal stamping forming technology and function demands, overall plan design of control system on multi-working position manipulator, take SPMC75F2413A single-chip microcomputer as a core, take position singnal which is examined by the photoelectric sensor as control input of system, Take electromagnetic valves which control executive components such as the air cylinder ,the electrical machinery and stamping machine as the control output of system. Because the detection signal and the output signal are numerous, therefore needs the chip to carry on the expansion to the I/O mouth.Two work mode including automatic mode and manual mode are set in this design. manipulator which cooperate stamping machine motion continuously makes system operates normally. Manual mode is mainly used to maintenance and debugging and is controlled by keyboard which controls simply and reliably. In addition, display output system of LCD is designed, which make operators understand action state distinctly and convenient for monitoring. A malfunction alarm is given and run is stopped when malfunction happened ,which make operators find malfunction and eliminated malfunction, guarantee the safety of operators at the same time improve productivity. It is indicated that the design of control system is rational and the operation of control system is simple, safe and reliable, has high practical value and continue to develop perfectly.
