At present, MAS is a research focus of the artificial intelligence field. This system is a loose agent society made up of the interlinkaged agents. The agent has the following characteristics: Independence, social ability, reflectivity, perspective, reasoning and learning ability. MAS is a kind of distributed and independent system, It adopt on the basis of the consulted decision, can adopt different solving method to problem in the same environment, have collateral nature, intelligent and flexibility. Due to complexity controlled systematically to the modern production process, it is difficult to realize coordinating control, this text proposes put the automatic high degree of intellectual agent technology and the advantage of the easy integration of agent in the control of the production system, take the packaging production line as the research object, go on agent application study, implement coordination control of the system.1. Introduced intelligent agent and theory detailedly in an all-round way.Introduced and analysed the characteristics, classification, structure system, theory model of Agent, Agent has such basic functions as perceiving, communication, taking action and controlling and reasoning ability, etc. It includes three basic levels, namely communication layer, cooperating on layer and control layer. Then introduce and analysed model and structure of MAS, the cooperation and coordination of the agents.2. Adopt CARBA as agent data exchange intermediate link.In different construct environment resolve the system according to the function, divide the systematic frame. According to needing to integrate each function part, make up the system flexibly.3. Coordination and cooperation of the MAS.The key part of agent control is these, use blackboard model to pack line agent system coordinate. Coordinated and realized the control on complicated system by a lot of intellectual body, form MAS control system, each agent in MAS is a physics or abstract entity, can act on one's own and environment, handle part of environment say and communication with other agents.4. The model of agent communication and communication tactics.The communication between agents adopts Soket technology, adopt TCP/IP agreement to carry on communication. Adopt blackboard structure as the mutual place of MAS control system. The system adopts centralized control way for it is a simple system.5. Put MAS technology among the system of pack production line, set up MAS systematicmodel of production line. Propose regarding people as an agent of the production system. 6. Have researched the key technology and the best way to realize MAS. Every field knowledge used in developing MAS, key technology and develop approach were researched detailly in this text. Adopt popular Java to realize production line MAS, carry on dynamic model emulation with configuration software to system.In the systematic experiment of the production line of packaging cases , the operation which has carried on the intellectual body procedure is controlled, have verified the validity and rationality of the design.
