Due to evolution of market and its pressures in terms of customer expectations, organizations are forced to continuously revise and adapt their ways to create more value of customers in the global digital economy. In response to these changing market requirements, on one hand, organizations are transforming themselves in order to sustain their own durability by focusing on their core business activities, and by establishing new forms of partnership with their partners; on the other hand, organizations are changing their organization structures, from rigid traditional control architecture towards need-based flexible collaborative control architecture. As a result, collaboration is going to be a dominant issue for organizations, whatever from external environment or internal environment. This dissertation focuses on Production Collaboration model in agile manufacturing and a Production Collaboration framework is established based on the multi-agent technologies. An extensive study on the system's crucial technologies is carried out. The main contents and achievements of the dissertation as follows:1. Production Collaboration framework based on multi-Agent is built. Combining hierarchical architecture with federation architecture, the hybrid architecture is constructed. The hierarchy corresponds with the stages of production decisions and meets the needs of all agents, which are acted at the different levels of the system and have different functions and styles.2. Aimed at the problem of low efficiency in CNP, a Two-stage coordination model is presented first. In order to solve the problems of the first phrase coordination, a modified double auction model is built, collaboration between Agents favor degree is introduced. Bidding strategy, which is adjusted through favor degree, incarnates the attitude of the agent toward cooperation. Compared with classic double auction model, the bargaining area is extended and the efficiency of bargain is improved. Finally, on the basis of experiment, a case is analyzed and a conclusion is drawn.3. Collaboration planning and its process is described. A collaboration model of resource constrained active network project scheduling problem in which constrain of the local resource is studied. An extended CNP model is presented in which the task manager may be permitted bidding for tasks. As a result, the space of optimization is enlarged for the collaboration planning. The interaction diagram and planning model are described...
