Varieties of robots are playing important roles nowadays. As one of these robots, the bio-robot has a lot of virtues for its special applications such as military and counter-strike. We try to research a gecko-like wall-climbing bio-robot, which is enlightened from the phenomenon of the gecko's movement on the wall. We study the control method on geckoes through histology. These involve gecko's motive neural network, the input on gecko's motive neural on feet, etc. We can control gecko's movement by stimulating it with electronical signals. A general control signal-generating program is implemented as well. We can use variety types of control signals to stimulate a gecko. The generation of control signals is implemented by both parallel port on a PC and an A/D card. A storage method is also used for easily search on the data of experiments. The storage includes the parameters of control signals, information about experiment's environment, etc. So, the hash technology is used for data search support. A high-speed data acquisition and storage method is mentioned finally, this method is very useful for robot's information acquisition and processing ability.
