Design And Realization Of Electronic Records Management Information System

Following the popularization of the technology of the computer and application on Internet, the archives have already no longer only been that the single papers which exist, The files taking medium, such as magnetism, electricity, mere, etc. as main information carrier arise at the historic moment, and have produced a large amount of electronic records archiving (hereafter referred to as" electronic archives"). Then the traditional archive management idea of the file department begins to be assaulted and wavered. For example: A series of questions, such as whether the electronic archive is original or not is difficult to confirm, whether the electronic archive is truth or not is difficult to judge and check, and protection means, the recovery technique and safe protection etc., are all worth studying and discussing. Bringing the questions and puzzling, the application of computer technology and Internet technical in archive management has not the extensions of the traditional file managements, But a substantive leap and development in the archive management. Such as: Because of the electronic archive carriers could be magnetic disc, CD, etc. form, which save the memory space of the storehouse heavily, and search swiftly and increase operation rate, at the same time the electronic archive can carry on diversified show, etc. So how to make use of information technology to realize electronic archive scientific managements has already become an important problem worried to be solved.This project thesis comes from the subject that State Archives Bureau set up "The theory and application research of the Electronic Archive Management System under the Integrated Networks Environment". In this paper the demand analysis of electronic records archiving management is discussed in detail at first. And we adopt two stages method of flow design to build the business flow of electronic records archiving management. According to the special requirements which electronic records archiving management system needs in Internet environment, that is the network security problem which electronic records faced when publishing and the information resource-sharing problem between the archives and archives, the author has proposed the technological scheme of the ATP archives transmitted protocol. This protocol consults on FTP in transmitted model and consults on SSH in security tactics design.Through the detail discuss of the business flow, the function module design and realization of electronic archives management system are suggested in this paper. And the design and realization of ATP protocol and security tactics are given out at the same time.At the end of the paper we summarize the full paper, and give a forward to the system and works further, and summarize some development experience at last.
