How to enable the wireless network to supply the real-time and reliable data transmission service for industrial measurement & control systems, the key is to make progress on real-time of TCP/IP protocol and develop a kind of wireless communication protocol for industrial real-time data transmission, In this paper many researches focus on above point.Firstly, designed the hard & software development platform .Introduce the main components of system and described detailedly the process of transplanting the RT-Linux to this platform. Summarized the development model based this system.Secondly, sum up shortages of traditional TCP/IP in real-time .Aim at the data transmission feature in the industry messurement and Control system which is frequent , brevity and real-time, adopted "one copy" technology and urgent data obligate buffer; by improved the managerment of timer queue and reduced the resend delay time in the error control to enhance the real-time.Finally, by the analysis of the mode 1 of wireless channel and real-time requirement of industrial data transmission, a basic MAC mechanism, master/slave polling algorithm is introduced in the design wireless data transmission module. In the same time, a better error control mechanism, Paralleled Delay ARQ, is proposed. In this dissertation a detailed design scheme of wireless data transmission module is given, and the former two algorithm is fulfilled in its MAC protocol design.
