The teaching quality evaluation is the key content of the teaching management, and it points to the teacher's teaching directly to a great extent.It is playing a more and more important and positive role in the course of teaching, and it has become the important link of the systematic teaching activities and organic component.But its own quality and level must be improved constantly, because the teaching quality evaluation of not fully playing a positive role not only the useless improvement of teaching quality, will also cause harmful influence.At present, people more and more to pay attention to teaching evaluation, but evaluation methods, evaluation indexes, etc.is still a difficult problem.Through a large number of investigation and research, this thesis puts forward a kind of new teaching evaluation method: using the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics and the relevant technology of the computer offers support in theory and guidance on technology for efficiency and validity on teaching evaluation.The thesis uses the method of determining the nature combining with ration to solve teaching evaluation problem.The main content includes:1.Standard fuzzy divide of the evaluation index2.The ascertain of the evaluation regular set3.The reasoning machine realizingThe realization of this subject will have a very important meaning on the theory and practice.In theory, under the guidance of existing teaching administration system, try to explore that conbines advanced information management theory, fuzzy theory and teaching management practice together in order to improve the efficiency and quality teaching evaluation and realize that fair, high-efficient, rational teaching evaluation.In practice, utilize relevantknowledge of teaching management and fuzzy mathematics theory to solve teaching evaluation problem, optimize teaching evaluation, improve the efficiency and accuracy of teaching quality evaluation.The thesis uses fuzzy divide, fuzzy produce rule and knowledge base technology to solve teaching evaluation problem for the first time.This thesis illustrates in detail the thesis background .theroy foundation.designing idea .implementation of teaching evaluation system and the key technology adoptive in the development.
