A Theory Interpretation For The Institutional Change Of Modern Newspaper Industry In China

On the basis of the body, content, impetus, mode etc. of institutional change, this paper attempts to provide an elementary frame of "two-phrase theory", which interprets the development and institutional change of China' s modern newspaper industry. In the process of the institutional change of newspaper industry, the changeover of system innovation body happens, and the game between the leading and supporting roles of institutional change, which takes on different objective function, restrictive term and potency balance, leads to the material path and final pattern of institutional change. The paper thinks that the property right arrangement is the key point of the two system change phrases, and implies a trend of history development that China' s newspaper industry cannot but develop gradually under the dual influence of government and economy, and will be more devious and iterative than the economic system reform of state-owned enterprises etc., but it will be more far-reaching of the impact of the marketization process of newspaper industry's property right on the development of China's newspaper industry in the future than the impact of political factors.
