The Design Of FL-8 Wind Tunnel Integrated Test And Management System

Wind tunnel test is an important procedure in the development of aeronautics and astronautics flight vehicles, in order to improve the wind tunnel test quality, shorten the test period, reduce the test cost, assure the success of the test , and make the whole move efficient, it is very necessory to make good use of the information techniques such as advanced computer, network and database, to manage the wind tunnel test systematicelly, and to accord the test system with ISO9001 quality system.In this paper, the CIM and ERP philosopbys are explained.the guidelines and the database management technology and characteristics of FL-8 wind tunnel integrated test and management system in the China Aerodynamics Research Institute of Aeronautics is discussed. Key problems which are solved in the design and development of wind tunnel test integrated management system is concerned. The method of integrated management system in a series of test processes, i.e. Appointment of test mission, the preparation of test plan, determination of test environment and parameters, estimation of test, actualization of test, real-time processing of test results, data management, output of test curves, formation of test report and archives, is introduced. Finally, the development and application the VXI bus data acquisition system in FL-8 wind tunnel is also depicted in detail.and the integrated test management system has been used for a period,good benefits are achieved by the application.
