Research And Realization Of Remote Digital Video Monitoring And Image Recognition System--Develop Of The Control System And GIS System

Firstly, the thesis analyzes the development, application and research state of the remote digital video monitoring system and the technologies of image processing and pattern recognition. Then the design and realization procedure of the remote digital video monitoring and image recognition system are introduced explicitly. The system can monitor the locale environment of the power company's remote transformer substation and realize the control function of the digital video monitoring system and the combining with the GIS.The network structure of this system adopts the advanced web technology. The Visual C++, Java script, HTML, SQL server 7.0 and ASP, ActiveX are used in the system software developing. The system adds some functions combining with GIS except the traditional video monitoring, remote control and collecting alert signals function etc.Every function and some relevant protocols are confirmed through my analyzing and researching the control system in the remote digital video monitoring system combining with the used equipments. The program realized every function of moving and focusing the video camera on the control panel of the monitoring system, in addition, the function of monitoring the preset position settings is added.The thesis investigated GIS in detail and agreed that GIS is the kind of information system which collects, save, manage, describe and analyze the data in relation to the space geography distribution. GIS takes the method of analyzing geography model, offers in time many kinds of special and dynamic geography information and realize the geography analysis, compositive evaluation, management, quantificational analysis and decision-making serving. Combining these characters with the characters of the remote digital video monitoring system can exhibit the superiority of all of them adequately, show the image monitoring and alarming in time in the map and combine some basal functions.Finally, the thesis predicts the prospect of the remote digital video monitoring, image recognition system and combining them with GIS in application and technology aspect.
