In the face of more and more severe medium competition , how about newspaper to construct self-"central Competency"? Directed by the public communication' s concept of "audience is standard", some domestic branded newspapers try the best to find a way to satisfy the reader' s requirement of news information, which is that "top-ranking content is king", to produce more and more classic press works .In-Depth Reporting is what the newspapers' advantage and reader's requirement. The key question is how newspaper fully benefit from this competitive advantage, serve to the receivers and make it up of the important part of central-Competency? Through long-term observation, study and personal experience,I found that some domestic classic newspapers have made a great progress in this area that is combining the concept of news- scheme in In-Depth reporting's practice which I call "In-Depth-Reporting scheme".Through "In-Depth-Reporting scheme",the resource of news information should have been explored and used enough and the characteristic of In-Depth Reporting should be bring into play enough , which can better satisfy the readers' requirement of "depth of news"and can also strengthen the newspapers society communionfunction such as "Agenda-setting", public opinion, monitor, forming the spread force. As a harvest of domestic press reformation and innovation in new era,"In-Depth-Reporting scheme" fully reflected the requirement of government drumbeating idea that "public communication is a kind of art "and also became the powerfull roll booster which can unlimitedly extend the competency and discriminative predominance of newspaper brand.
