This document has more practical value in postal electric exchange system networks technology, applys networks technologic studying results to direct practice. It makes the practical sense system to accomplish.In the electric exchange networks system, to make full use of the existed green card and comprehensive network circuit, bring down the fee of network circuit, enhancing the utilization of exchanging fund, driving the appliance process, author alleges multiplex technology and both networks isolation technology, using virtual circuit (or says tunneling) technology and virtual router technology to make green card signal and electric exchange signal isolating .Make it possible to reduce the investing cost.Especially OSPF technology is the key in the networks engineering .because a data package is transmitted from source site to aim, we must change the best transmitting path, that is the best route algorithm, and OSPF technology is a core technology in a big network nowdays. So author study very hard on OSPF technology in the paper, and give the problem and answer, exceptionally I give the concrete algorithm in reducing counters on route table, and get a good result in practice. Last author give a expanding algorithm of OSPF about QoS qualitively under a few ways, there is a reference value in OSPF advancing. The paper has gave the practicability algorithm and applied it with studying in earn, making the exchange system to be reliable and effective engineering in post.
