Electronic information technology has been used widely in all ways, and agriculture intelligent meter is greatly needed. In this thesis, a solve project to develop agriculture intelligent meter quickly has been put forward on the base of analysis the actuality and character of agriculture meter. It抯 that the agriculture intelligent meter comprises two parts (sensor including correlative control component, and embedded micro controller system with internet applications). Then modularization design is been introduced to develop the intelligent meter. The sensor part is the special component to capture signal and the embedded micro controller system is the communal component to realize signal data processing and other control. Wish to improve the develop efficiency of agriculture meters by providing the communal component for design personnel. The farther feasibility research has been done and the embedded micro controller system hardware, system software, and application software platform have been realized elementary. Based on above, the soil water content meter has been developed quickly with the SWR sensor. It was proved that the solve project to develop agriculture intelligent meter quickly is doable and more R&D is OK.
