Study And Implementation Of Mobile Host In Broadband Wireless IP Networks

Broadband Wireless IP Technology is the focus of research in recent years, whichaims at make mobile host access Internet easily and quickly. This paper is studying howto implement mobile host in Broadband Wireless IP Networks. Based on the analysis ofBroadband Wireless IP Networks and its advantages & architecture, a implementationof mobile host is presented, which is the mobile host consists of portable computer andbroadband wireless network adapter. The driver of wireless NIC was developed afterdeep study of network device in Linux and MAC controller腍FA3 841 in wireless NIC,then software for authenticate, associate, encryption and others are supplemented. As aresult, a mobile host that can be used in Broadband Wireless IP Networks isimplemented.
