Survey Report On University Students' Legal Awareness Of Network Behavior

With the technology progress, internet, as the important intermediary and carrier of infomation, has developed rapidly. University students is an important group in the internet world, whose usual study and social life are undergoing a huge change. What are the responses of them to face up the various internet crimes?To build a nomocracy cyber world, there are two conditions required as the real society needs:on one hand, a relatively perfect system which can reflect all kinds of cyber relations and the law of development; on the other hand, people who surf on the internet bear the belief of the sence of law. If the regulation system is the condition and basement for the nomocracy, the legal spirit is the key factor to realize the cyber nomocracy.University students are a special group which span from adolecence to adult. They lack of mature view of life and outlook on the world, and their legal spirit have the obvious features:apt to influence and reasonlessness, in addition to the tradditional factors, living enviroment and their personal factors.Some students hold legal spirit and their behavior acts diffrent from the social community, especially under the cyber circumstance, there are lack of the tradditional moral supervise. So it is significant to research the university students'legal spirit under the cyber circumstance.This research focuses on graduates and postgraduates in Lanzhou region. We sent one hundred pieces of questionaires and collected back ninty-nine pieces which contains twenty-six problems divided into five aspect:No.1 is the basic material of informant; No.2 is students current status who surf on the internet; No.3 is the acknowledge of university students to the law which is relavant to the Internet; No.4 is how does the students to realize their behavoir on the internet; No.5 is what's the expectation of law relavant the Internet.After acknowledging the structure of the student's awareness which reflect from their behavior, I come to analyse the reasons which produce the problems, the absence of law education, the absence of legislation, the difficulty of execution, the reasons from student themself. Finally, I give some advices under the current education mode:to obey the existed education system outline; to impose our power on propagandizing the criminal on the Internet, to introduce social supervision into the net world, and to cultivate the legal awareness of students.
