Community of practice is"a social structure based on knowledge"(Lave&Wenger, 1991), which aims to solve the real problems in professional practices and enhance professional and social belonging(McConnell, 2007).Owing to its convenience to communication, share and collaboration among people though geographical separated, online community of practice has widely applied in various fields, such as distance vocational skills training, teaching professional development, and so on. Thus, more and more researchers have pay attentions to it.Interaction is the premise of knowledge construction and meaning negotiation as well as the main factor to make learning occur. The main researches focus on interaction among the current online community of practice and its influence factors. Furthermore, the strategies to promote deep interaction among the online community of practice will be designed.First of all, the analysis of literature review of the communities of practice at home and aboard is carried out. I find it necessary to research on the interaction among the online community of practice. After research on literature and cases related, I put forward an evaluative model to evaluate interaction among the online community of practice.Secondly, based on analysis of the main factors to construct the online community of practice and its characteristics, I put forward a strategic model to promote interaction among the online community of practice.Thirdly, based on the strategic model, I design the preservice teacher training system which is an instance of online community of practice. After the two-year practice, the interaction among the online community of practice can be evaluated by the evaluative model. And the analysis of influence factors will be conducted to improve the strategic model of interaction among the online community of practice.Finally, I sum up the achievements and contributions and put forward the problems in the research and the direction for further research. Moreover, I make some suggestions for the development of the online community of practice.
