The founding emperor of Ming Dynasty Emperor and the subsequent generations always attached great importance to education,in particular,the Imperial College of education,and the Imperial College as a preparatory,training place bureaucratic feudalism。Therefore,in the process of the establishment and development in the Ming Dynasty,the emperors Zhu Yuanzhang and Zhu Di had founded the Imperial College in Nanjing,Fengyang and Beijing,as a place to study,and strict selection of teachers to educate them.In order to teachers and students do their responsibilities, Ming Dynasty have also developed strict and careful management systems.Most of the previous books focus on the students,or the Imperial College landscape.In this paper,I choose a part of the Imperial College-teacher groups-to conduct research, With a view to reaching in-depth understanding of this group of teachers,and from this side of the teachers to understand the basic conditions of the Ming Dynasty Imperial College.This article is divided into four parts;conduct a study of Imperial College teachers before the mid-Ming Dynasty from four areas:the first part,Introduces the social background of formation and development of the Ming Dynasty Imperial College education.Focuses on the Ming Dynasty and its closely relates to political, economic,ideological,cultural and educational development,constraints in the Ming Dynasty sought to outline the formation and development of education management system of the broad social background.The second part studies the Imperial College teaching management activities.First,introduces the Imperial College institutional arrangements and responsibilities of teachers;Secondly,introduces the Imperial College specific teaching activities of teachers,For example,teachers teach the curriculum and teaching materials,teachers teach the specific arrangements for courses,and so on.In particular,details of teaching methods——Integral 6 and Student Attachment System.The third part studies the management measures for teachers of the Ming Dynasty Imperial College,including teachers' selection,sources, assessment and status.The fourth part of its researches the relationship between the Ming Dynasty Imperial College teachers and the style of study,as well as their impact on society at that time.
