Research On The Basic Contradictory Of Vocational Education In China

The basic contradiction of vocational education is an important component of the basic theoretical system of vocational education, and which is related with the many vocational educational practical issues. The research takes the scientific outlook on development, system theory and the theory of persons' need as guidance in order to take the vocational education as a whole. The author begins with the entire appearance of the vocational education, and takes the scope of "vocational education" as the prerequisite and foundation of the basic contradiction of vocational education, and takes the "education" and "occupation" which are the main elements of the vocational education as the breakthrough point. At the same time, the author uses comprehensively the concept, judgment, reasoning and other research methods, and follows the steps, such as, comprehensive→analysis→comprehensive .And then the author seeks out two points of the vocational education, that is, "demand of students development" and "demand of social occupation", the author also finds out the relatively stable work form and campaign law in changing relationships of the basic contradiction of vocational education.In the research, the author draws some main conclusions, the basic contradiction of vocational education, that is the contradiction between students' development demand and demand of social occupation; the campaign of the basic contradiction in vocational education shows a "vibration effect" between students' development demand and demand of social occupation; the basic contradiction of vocational education will not disappearance instantaneously, and which is a systemic process of a series links of emerging , spreading and solution; opposite and unity as an indispensable basic double attributes of the basic contradiction of vocational education, which resides in the campaign process of the basic contradiction of vocational education, and which will have always been throughout the whole development process; the basic contradiction of the vocational education is a fundamental driving force in the development of the vocational education, and it has a fundamental impact and promotion on the development of vocational education.
