Research On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Elderly Education In Counties And Countermeasures

The ageing of the population is a social problem facing all countries of the world.The growth of the ageing population will inevitably lead to an increasing demand for social services for older people.To meet their spiritual needs,the scientific and rational development of older education is very important.As a quasi-public product supplied by the government,older education faces problems such as the mismatch between supply and demand and inappropriate resource allocation.It is therefore necessary to study this issue.This paper sets an example of older education in Qinglong County,Qinhuangdao City to examine its supply and demand.This paper examines the performance and the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand in care for the elderly and makes appropriate countermeasures and proposals.This paper first presents the research background and the importance of the topic,summarizes the research status of older education at home and abroad,introduces the research content and related research methods of this paper,examines the concepts and theoretical foundations related to the topic,such as quasi-public products,educational economics theory,etc.,and provides theoretical foundations for the research content of this paper.Secondly,the government supply and self-organised supply of older education in Qinglong County were investigated,the supply and quality of older education in Qinglong County were investigated.Based on the questionnaire survey method,the current situation of older education demand in Qinglong County was analysed quantitatively.Then,based on the research results,the paper analyses the contradiction between the supply and demand of older education in Qinglong County.that the contradiction between the supply and demand of older school education at district level is mainly expressed in three contradictions: limited supply volumes,supply constraints and discrepancies between demand expectations and the form of supply,and the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand are clear from three aspects: government at district level,spontaneous organisation and university for the elderly.Finally,based on the analysis of the contradiction between the supply and demand of older education in the county,this paper presents the countermeasures and proposals of the government and the older university for the development of older education in the county.the standardised development of spontaneous provision and other aspects,draw on the PPP model to introduce the financing of social capital,and all parties use their own advantages to achieve a win-win situation.At the same time,universities for the elderly should also train develop older people at district level in terms of product precision,curriculum system and hardware improvement to better meet the needs of older people at district level and to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand.
