Investigation And Research On The Issue Of The Urban Village In Nanchang

Urban Village is the product of the process of rapid development of Chinese Urbanization. Urban Villages exist in many large cities of China and became one of the important urban issues. Nanchang as the capital of Jiangxi Province, there have be numerous Urban Villages, it also attract the attention of the local government. In this paper, problems of Urban Villages of Nanchang are be investigated and researched, hoping to relevant government for decision-making the policy.Urban Villages in Nanchang are studied as the main target in this paper. Take Urban Villages of Qingshanhu region in Nanchang as the main research target, because Urban Villages of Nanchang mainly focus on this region. Based on the common issues of Urban Villages in China, use the combining method of theoretical research and investigation research, on the basis of investigation in the economic, social, environment, living conditions and other relevant aspects of the situation in Urban Villages of Nanchang, study the development and geographical distribution of Urban Villages in Nanchang, and use the cluster analysis methods to classify Urban Villages of Qingshanhu region, through the large survey, personal feelings, summed up the main issues of them. They are the following problems:(1) In the land use situation: The lack of land planning, it can cause a waste of resources and land utilization. Land ownership is confusion. Space function is confusion, industrial sites. Commercial sites and residential sites are mixed.(2) In the cconomic situation: Villagers do not have dividends from the village collective. The employability of villagers is low.(3) In the social conditions: The management system of Urban Village obstacles the economic development of Urban Village collective. The participating enthusiasm of villagers in the affairs of the village collective is not high. The villagers of the social security need to be raised. Alien population in the typical village was more, and it was Poor social order.(4) In the state of the environment: Houses are high-density construction. Infrastructure and public facilities are less.(5) In living conditions: Villagers living conditions have a difference. Some housing conditions of villagers need to improve.For different types of Village, according to survey results and analysis, We put forward proposals for development: For typical Urban Villages, there are several aspects of the foundation of transformation, they are suitable for transformation. For the restructuring Urban Villages, Village problem is not very serious. Because of high costs, we can guide the Urban Villages self-renewal; For the edge Urban Villages, we can give a high starting point and guide planning.
