The authority of China put great emphasis on education by giving more financial support, but fail to attach equal significance of the employed efficiency of educational resources. Educational resources include human resources, school premises and other educational establishments. This research starts with the conditions of employed efficiency of educational resources in high school in China, and then it analyzes the causes of the situation. This essay gives an explicit explanation of what educational resources are and what employed efficiency is and discusses how to evaluate the employed efficiency of educational resources to improve the resources management and efficiency of employed resources. The research focuses on how to improve the efficiency of class lectures. All the arguments are supported by literature reviews, data from investigations, and by author's personal experience in teaching.
