With the universal application of internet technology in the field of education, network communication is increasingly becoming an important communication mode of university teachers and students. It is very significant for us to research a reasonable academic communication mode in new era and then improve the academic standard by the in-depth analysis for network communication of university teachers and students.Firstly, the paper has defined the traditional and the ideal communication theories of teachers and students respectively based on thoughts of 'subjective and objective duality' and 'intersubjectivity' , also tried to emphasize the thoughts of equality, dialogue and comprehension which are advocated by the ideal communication theory of teachers and students.
