As the urbanization in our country accelerating with the development of the economic^nore and more people migrate to the city from the countryside.The education of the migrant children has been a serious problem to the government and the society. This paper is concerned to the funding for education of those children.In this research, we get the information through two different ways including interview and questionnaires. And we did three times investigation through two different ways in the Tianhe District, Guangzhou City. On this basis, we researched and analysed the correlation factors that affecting the funding for the education in Tianhe District, and we found that the funding for migrant children is serious shortage. The reason is from family,school,government,society. For example: the constraints of economic, policy and institution; the investment, distribution and guidance of the funding for education; the restriction for private school; the poor connecting link and other information. We propose the following suggestion: The government should make a main plan for education of the migrant children, and promote the resource all the society to devoleping education.The research indicated: the government guidance is the main way to protect the fair compulsory education of migrant children; Broadening the channel to collecting money for these students is the fundamental way to solve the problem.Based on the empirical research, through multi-disciplinary perspective, various researching methods, the research is committed to systematic study. The paper launched three surveys, but the quantity and quality of samples is still enough convincing because of the objective factors. The paper get no more specific data that the government and all the society input in the education for the migrant children and the paper is lack of adequate analysis. We hope that this study can provide some useful reference to solve the external funding for the education of the migrant children.
