After the policy which allowed universities to get into debt for promoting education enterprises with the fund loaned from the financial market being released, the huge pressure which produces to government's financial support ability arising from the rapid expansion of the higher education scales is alleviated effectively. The universities' appropriate amount of bank-loaning money may not only guarantee the universities' increased enrollment duty being smoothly completed, promoting higher education enterprises' healthy development, but also may open a new financing channel for the universities.But in recent years, the partial universities lack the scientific examination to the bank-loaning scale beforehand, as a result scales of the loan are oversized, and some have even surpass the economy bearing capacity. The partial schools' leaders can not understand the risk of the loan sufficiently and their consciousness of responsibility is repaid less, lacking practical and feasible repaying plans and measures. The great risk danger is hidden.Actually, the biggest risk of universities' large amount of loan neither lies in the proportion between the capital and the debt nor lies in that between the university repayments' ability and the debt, but it lies in the education quality of the colleges and universities. In the short-term the schools are forced to repay loaned money and interest with the tuition which has too many problems to tackle to, its result can only be that educating quality reduces, the student sources decrease, the schools go out of businesses and banks get bad debts.In order to meet the social economy culture need to develop, the governments or the folks have to invest the large amount of money to construct the new school, causing that the social resources waste greatly and the society is unstable. Therefore, helping these universities centralize energy, run school at earnest, improve the education quality as soon as possible and delay the repaying crisis , and solving this kind of risk thoroughly in the future when the public finance is more abundant and the educational policy is perfect is possibly the best strategy. To analyze the universities' loan dialectically, we can neither only look at the debt without looking at the property, nor only look at the debt without looking at output. The crisis of universities' large amounts of loan can only be solved while the higher education develops and enhances. Backing up and scooping water to stop boiling can only accumulate today's crisis to tomorrow!...
