This paper takes the 1200 audiences in Wuhan, Xi'an and Shanghai as the research object, mainly through literature, survey research methods, expert interview methods and so on. The paper analyses social structures, consumptive level of on-the-spot spectators of CSL and the degree of satisfaction of CSL. The paper aims at analyzing the characters of on-the-spot spectators of CSL and factors affecting the spectators going to the CSL to provide a favorable reference to the attendance of the CSL.Research shows that the attendance of CSL have raised, since China's comprehensive national strength and people's living standards have improved and the consumer spending has significantly improved on CSL; the spectator on the spot are satisfied with the stadium transportation facilities and the score facilities. At the same time, the study found that constraints affecting residents to the scene to watch the CSL as follows:1, China's economic foundation is weak and the residents have lower income levels; 2, The concept of football consumption of the Chinese residents is relatively backward; 3, The CSL lacks good organization of the event and management; 4, The CSL has the small scale and the level of the competition is low; 5, The clubs have lack of cultivating football market; 6, The core values of the CSL are short; 7, Other forms of watching the CSL compete.In view of the above constraints, we obtained the relevant conclusions and recommendations from human resources, management, etc.
