The employment problem of graduates from higher vocation is people's livelihood,and related to the people's vital interests,and has a determining on the direction of development of higher vocational education.Higher Vocational and Technical Education is a high-level vocational education,and to promote regional economic,political,and social development and employment.Total enrollment of higher vocational education continued growth in the scale of rapid development. According to statistics,in 2005,the Vocational students enrolled in the country reached 2.681 million,which is 5.6 times 98.Number of students in 05 have reached 7.13 million people up 98 increased 11.3%.As April 26,2007,the 1109 total of Vocational College.College of 60.9%of the schools,the number of schools and higher vocational students enrolled in higher education has accounted for half of the more.With the development of higher vocational education,higher vocational institutions in recent years has exposed a series of problems,and even the development of higher vocational education as the sharp contradictions.Mainly as follows:The decline in the quality of education;train positioning deviation;students poor quality; lower employment of graduates from higher vocational and so on.In the end,the difficult issue of employment in the 21st century schools,for students and parents as well as the entire community is concerned with the "difficult" and "hot "issue.This article starts with the employment of Vocational College Students,through empirical research,analysis of the employment impact of higher vocational students, and of the strategies to solve the problem.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first part of the topics on the origin and the purpose of the study of the significance and relevance of the basic concept.
