This is a knowledge-based economic society now, also an ages which request to compete and cooperate mutually. So the education have to look for support from society instead of limited at school. The education from house have tremendous influence to the primary and junior high school in the various strengths. It is directly influence the school educational result whether the parents matches with school education. Therefore, the school educator begin to build the educational cooperation between school and family, carrying out the development that the student harmonizes completely.This text commences from the teacher and parent's cooperative relation, sampling two primary schools of region in QingDao for the sample, adopting a research method of investigating the questionnaire, having already issued teacher's parent's and student's questionnaire respectively. Treating the question from different angles and different perspective view in an effort to comprehensively reflect the present situation and existing problems. Article analysis the data from the questionnaires, explained the cooperation between teachers and parents, especially pointed out the connotations of the current relationship between the parents and teachers. Also pointed out the five major problems on the cooperation, involving awareness, concepts, forms, and many of the perspective plan. And analysis these problems from the schools, families and teachers role. Finally, the author combines experience and strategy that the abroad has been already had, putting forward an actually viable project and counterplan on cooperate between house and school.
