The Research Of Educational Resources Management System Debased On Knowledge Management

Informatization Education is the deepest transforming in history of educational development. The construction of educational resources is the basis of Informatization Education, strongly push forward the total setting up of the superior quality resources, share and application is the most important contents of Informatization Education.At the present time,the construction of educational resources has made a great achievement in our country,and provided plentiful resources for the development of informatization education.Educational resources management system should sustain the acquirement,classification,organization,storage,share,evaluation and innovation for all kinds of educational resources,not merely as the database stacked with vast resources. The purpose of applying the theory and technology of knowledge management in the management of educational resources,is to provide a new guiding ideology and effective technology for educational resources management,and consequently to optimize the design philosophy and development process of the system.The first chapter reports the present research on educational resources management system,and tries to integrate knowledge management with educational resources management. And then,it gives a brief introduction of the significance and emphases of the research.At the beginning of chapter two,the author introduces the experiences about the construction and management of educational resources abroad,and points out the future trends in the development of educational resources management system on a close study on its development and familiar styles.As a platform aggregating all kinds of educational resources effectively, educational resources management system forms an important part of educational resources construction. Developing from the early style of resources database,the function,configuration and building pattern of educational resources management system has been changed a lot,and formed a favorable informatization circumstances for inquiring learning,the Integration of information technology and curriculum and the modern distance education.In the third chapter,the author introduces the fundamental theory of knowledge management,discusses its origin,concept.Although originating from enterprise management,the theory and technology of knowledge management are practicable for the knowledge activity in informatization society.In knowledge management,the main research is how to utilize advanced technology to promote the acquirement,transfer,share and innovations of knowledge inside any organization. As an effective support for the implement of knowledge management,modern information technology promotes the evolution from data management, information management to knowledge management.In chapter four,the author introduced the apocalypse of the method about knowledge management to the construction of educational resources database first,and put forward the principle which should follow in the construction of educational resources database.The knowledge-processing flow,in which all kinds of technology of knowledge management are used to optimize the processing of educational resources,is the key tache of the framework.In chapter five the author applies the theory and technology of knowledge management to design and develop an educational resources management system.The author put forward the project of structure about Education Resources Management System, designed the data model of standardized Education Resources Management System ,and designed three core applied mold piece with knowledge management.Based on the above researches,an knowledge management-based educational resources management system is designed and developed during the development stage.Under B/S architecture,the system is developed at Windows 2000 Server and IIS5.0 platform.The author writes sources code in class files in C# and VB.NET,uses ASP.NET for server programs.The system runs smoothly and reliably,reaches its designing ideas.
