Education justice includes two aspects: macroscopic level and microcosmic level. At present, to the peasant worker's children (here means the children living in the city), it has not formed a fair environment of compulsory education yet. On this basis, this thesis points out the system of the household register, lacking the fair idea, questions in the department in charge of education while managing, the family environment of the peasant worker's children and the peasant worker's children personal own experiences are the main influence factors to the fairness of compulsory education.
