With the application of computer multimedia and the network commun -ication technologies in the field of education, informational technology is changing the thoughts and models of vocational education. The development of educational theories from Cognitivism to Constructivism establishes theory foundations to transform teaching models .Vocational teachers must meet the needs of informational society ,and adopt advanced teaching facilities and means to promote teaching reforms and catch up with the trends of informational era . If we say informational technology were a magic stick , vocational teachers would be magicians using it. The informational literacies of vocational teachers are the key to inform -ational education of vocation. At present ,based on the basic educational facilities, the inform -ational education of vocation mainly depends on the informational li -teracies of vocational teachers. We must make great efforts to develop vocational education ,save resources ,improve teaching efficiency and enhance vocational teachers' informational literacies,which have become crucial problems to vocational education reforms. Facing the serious informational challenges ,how vocational teachers to cope with? These discussions and studies are active and realistic to the development of vocational education .Vocational teachers are the main reseach objects in the paper,which defined informational education and its characteristics. According to the vocational education status ,the paper tried to analyze the informational literacies of vocational teachers, and discussed what vocational teachers should do to adapt to the improvements of teaching means under inform -ational environment and the teaching models reforms. Research methods are literature studies,discusssion ,questionnaire investigations and analysis of special cases. Network times produce informational education, which also have great influence on vocational education ,and make great challenges to informational literacies of vocational teachers. From different aspects,it shows the characteristics of network education ,the reforms of educational models ,and the liter -acies which vocational teachers should cultivate. From these studies ,the paper made it clear to informational education of vocation, analyzed the basic informational literacies which vocational teachers should have, and pointed out the development direction of vocational teachers. Under the present situation,studying the inform -ational literacies of covational teachers and the their development is significant to the informational construction of our vocational education.
