This investigation was conducted among high school students' learning strategies of four middle-schools inTongliao city, Huhehaote city, Baotou city and Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia region. We adopted the method of questionnaire and interview with 591 students of efficient test in research. We discussed the changes of learning strategies in three factors-grade, sex, different mark group in research and the difference of learning strategies between top students and bad ones in particular. Through statistic analysis to data and interview to students, the findings are as follows:â…  There is distinct difference of grade in learning strategies. The difference mostly reflect in Grade one and Grade two, Grade one and Grade three, while the difference is not noticeable between Grade two and Grade three. The students' learning strategies of grade one is widely higher than Grade two and Grade three, in particular, obvious difference can be seen in attitude, motivation, management of time, concentration, procession of information, learning tutorship and test of self.â…¡ There is obvious difference of sex in learning strategies. The girl students are obviously higher than boy students in attitude, motivation, concentration, choice of point, learning tutorship and test of self, while boy students are higher than girl students in procession of information.â…¢ There is striking difference of different mark group. Obvious difference can be found among top students, middle students and bad students in attitude, motive, management of time, concentration, choice of point and test.â…£ There is very distinct difference between top students and bad ones in motive, concentration, test and distinct difference in attitude, management of time, choice of point.â…¤ There is not noticeable difference in learning strategies between the students of Inner Mongolia and the ones of Beijing.The conclusion showed the development level and situation of senior high school students' learning strategies in Inner Mongolia.
