The Issues Of The Contemporary University Studens' Network Behaviors And Education Strategies Specialty

Since 20th century,human beings came to the internet era,the network's tentacles stretched to all corners of the world. With the development of the depth and breadth of the network,it is not only impact on social change,but also influence people's way of life broadly. The development of the network is so fast that its wide influence is unexpected. In has brought us the convenient and fast information age,while some issues also troubles us:vulgar and banter network language,"spoof"behavior,network love,online fraud,internet pornography,internet infringement,internet addiction and the students can't extricate themselves,etc.,which all have become the problems of the university students'network behavior that should be paid more attention to. This shows that the university students can't realize and control their network behavior properly, which resulted in the bad influence on their normal study and life. In the internet era,as to the problems existing in the university students'network behavior,we must educate and guide them in order to make them understand the virtual world and themselves completely in the network collision and communication,to make them establish correct outlook on world value,life and values,and consciously reduce and avoid negative influence of the internet,to become people adapt to social development. Therefore,to study the problems of university students'network behavior and education strategies is quite necessary.In this study,the author analyze through literature review, sapling survey and experiences. Literature review is employed to collect the results, monographs and documents in this area,and the data collected has been studies, compared and selected, then the summary of the current problems of university students'network behaviors came out.The author employed sample questionnaire to survey,count and analyze the current situation of seven university students'network behaviors of Xi'an Technology University, Xi'an Electrical Technology University , Xi'an Architecture and Technology University , Northwestern Polytechnical University,Chang'an University, Xi'an Finance College and Xi'an Posts and Telecommunications College. The survey shows the outstanding problems existing in university students'network behaviors as follows : (1) use exaggerated expressions,and network behavior is dramatic;(2) deviate from social norms,and the network behavior is self-willed;(3) violate the right of society and social members, and the network behavior is invasive;(4) be vulnerable to be influenced by negative information,and the network behavior is of confusion;(5) negative response on the network environment, and the network is self disordered. The analysis of effects to the above issues is including:the deconstruction of postmodernism, the prevalence of moral relativism,the indifferent normative sense,the intensified information alienation and the avoidance of psychological problems. According to the above theoretical analysis and practical study, this thesis proposed education strategies of network behaviors on the base of related scholars'research results:(1) develop elegant and civilized network behavior; (2) develop self-discipline and self-examination network behavior;(3) develop norm-regulated network behavior;(4) develop a clear information-orientated network behavior;(5) develop a healthy and orderly network behavior. Meanwhile,in order to make these education strategies be effectively implemented,the policy security, person security,organization security, environment security and so on is also carried out.
