The Research On The Network Behavior Problems And Network Ideological And Political Education Of Undergraduates

With the development of internet technology, the new media supported by computer, communication and information technology is gradually changing people's values, ways of working, life styles, and behavior. University students are the largest audiences of Internet in China. Internet provides the university students with a brand new perspective, and also directly affects students'belief, morality and behaviors. Various behavioral issues have been raised in cyberspace. University students are the future backbone of reform, construction and development of China and their ideological and political quality directly relate to national destiny. Therefore, it has become an important task to develop moral and political education and guide their network behaviors.This study is divided into four parts:The first part presents an overview of the network behaviors and Internet-based ideological and political education. It defines the network behaviors, identifies its characteristics, analyses its influence on the university students' ideological and political education, and stresses the importance and necessity for Internet-based moral and political education.The second part analyzes the network behavior of university students. Adopting empirical research methods, this study explores and identifies the network behavior of 308 university students in Hubei University of Technology by self-designed questionnaire. Based on the analysis using behavior, demand behavior, interpersonal interaction, moral civilization of network, and the comparison for the characteristics of university students' network behavior of different gender, grades and majors, this study find out the network behavioral problems of contemporary university students.The third part analyzes the category of network behavioral problems and the affecting factors. I believe that the network behavioral problems of the contemporary university students are internet addiction, emotional indifference, behavior anomie, and interpersonal communication obstacles. And the reasons of the occurrence of these problems are the network environment, society, school, family, and the students themselves.The fourth part suggests guiding the university students' network behaviors with Internet-based ideological and political education from all the efforts of government, universities, families, and the students themselves.
