Health behavior refers to any activity that people take in order to enhance ormaintain the health. It is affected by many factors.It reflects the individualdifferences.the theoretical and empirical studies of the healthy behavior is frompsychological point in this reserch.This study expand the health behavior in the fieldof health psychology.This study consists of three parts:On the basis of the predecessors to health and health behavior research,the firststudy prepared the questionnaire about college students' healthy behaviors.It mainlyincluding four dimensions: interpersonal support behavior, stress managementbehavior, individual life habit, and learning related behavior.The second study:used the above questionnaire to measure the college students,Processed the data results to examine the present situation of college students' healthybehaviors, and put forward the training strategy of college students'health behavior.The third study: adopt the IPC"the internality, powerful others and chancescales"compiled by Levenson and the health behavior questionnaire about collegestudents in first study to measure , processed the data results to investigatepsychological control source have influence on college students' health behaviors. Theconclusions of this research are as follows:(1)The self-made questionnaire of college students' healthy behaviors has goodreliability and validity, accorded with the requirement of psychometrics,can as aresearch measuring tool.(2)The college students' health behaviors questionnaire including fourdimensions:interpersonal support behavior, stress management behavior, individuallife habit, and learning related behavior. Its score order: learning related behavior >personal habit > interpersonal support behavior > stress management behavior.(3)To the gender factor, there were no significant differences in total scores.Butthe girl in "interpersonal support behavior" were significant higher scores than boys;boys in "stress management behavior" were significant higher scores than girls.(4)Grade factors (freshman and sophomore year, junior, senior year), Region factors (in rural and urban areas, ) there were no significant differences in healthbehaviors.there were also no clear differences in health behavior whether they are theonly child .(5)although professional factors in college students' healthy behaviorsquestionnaire score had no significant differences, there were significant differencesin "stress management behavior "dimensions, the science &engineering students scorewere significantly higher than the students of history of literature, the students ofhistory of literature score were significantly higher than the students of arts.(6)Psychological control source, health behavior and the four factors were asignificant positive correlation. Among them, the factors of internality and powerfulothers both could establish ideal regression equation with health behavior.
