Research On The Prevention And Control Of Minor Delinquency In Fujian Province

Minor delinquency has become a universal and serious social problem. Fujian province has its important rank on the national economy development because of the special geographic position near to Taiwan, The stability and harmony of Fujian influences the development of national political and economic policies. Family, as a cell of our society, is the first place that adolescents to live, to study in, and to be socialized. Parents are their initial teacher and what the parents say and what they do play a vital role in the growth of children. Good family education will prevent minor far away from delinquency.This paper adopts questionnaire, interview method, and sum up experience and case analysis, and statistical analysis method, literature study, to research as the sample of the students in the Qiming School in Xiamen, the minor in the juvenile prison and reform school and Woman prison of Fujian province on a questionnaire survey. We visited some illegal minors and collected the firsthand facts, then analyzed the data theoretically and actually. We searched the prevention and control of minor delinquency by discussing the cause of minor delinquency in the View of family education.
