On Cross-culture Communication Management Applied In Chinese-foreign Joint School Programs Of Universities

With the rapid development of information, communication activities in an organization are playing an increasingly important role. We can say in all project management skills, communication is the most important, therefore management communication, in today's modern communication management activities, has become an important subject, also inspiring people to continue to study and practice it, and trying to find the best answer to deal with the problems and conflicts in management activities. As the trend and development of economic globalization, cultural communication seems more and more important. Communication strategy formulations, including main body strategy, object strategy, and channel strategy, are influenced by cultural factors. Hence in the formulation of concrete communication strategies, including backgrounds of national, regional, industry, organization, gender, race, team, must be considered. If the organization wants to benefit from business of cross-cultural communication activities, they need to emancipate our minds, to look at different cultures and values.In this paper, the author is trying to study the theory and practice of the cross-culture communication management, which is applied in Chinese-foreign joint school programs of universities in China. The paper takes Xuzhou Institute of Technology as an example, to analyze the practice of cross-culture communication management applied in university joint school programs between China and foreign countries. As the author has been involved in cooperative programs in university these years, he encountered many difficulties and problems in cross-culture communication field. Through the effective use of communication management applied in the Chinese-foreign joint school programs, the project received good reactions and results.
