European Union's Social Security System Research And Its Enlightenment Of China

Mainly through analyzing the classical theory of the western social security and European Union's main country's social security system, this paper finds the enlightenment of the social security system reformation in the present time of our country. The first part mainly introduces concept and meaning of "social security", and the target and characteristics of the social security and the characteristics of social insurance, the classical theories about the social security in Europe are also introduced in this part, which includes German historical school, Marx's social security economic theory, the newer and the older welfare economics theory and the anti-crisis social security theory of Keynes. The second part of the paper analyzes the setting-up and development of European Union's social security system. As the product of social consciousness, production and development of the social security system is produced with the development of emergence of the modern great industry.
