Research On Marxist Views On Women And The Guarantee System Of Rural Women Rights In Northern Shanxi

Marxist views on women, which are regarded as the basic component of Marxism theory have been guiding the women's work in Marxist party. Since the May Fourth Movement, Marxist views on women have been introduced into china. It makes a great contribution to women's work, especially to building the protection of women's rights. However, it is much harder to promote Marxist views on women particularly in the rural areas of northern Shanxi because of the influence of a few thousand years of feudal tradition thought. I try to examine the reality of women's rights protection in rural areas of northern Shanxi from the perspective of Marxist views on women and try to explore a way to implement Marxist views on women from the law point of view of Marxist. At the same time, this paper tries to put forward a new concept of Marxist views on women's law.The article is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the implementation of Marxist views on women in the legal field and analyzes the overall problem mainly from the concept of Marxist views on women, the role of Marxist views on women women's rights, and the realistic implementation in the legal area. The conception of Marxist views on women are on the basis theory of the extension and the development of Marxist views on women combined with the classical generalization of Marxist women theory summarized by Jiang Zemin. At the same time, the article discusses the overall situation of Marxist views on women in the protection of women's rights from the relationship among China Women's rights protection system, the law implementation situation and Marxist views on women.The second part, starting from the geographical features, elaborates the inconsistency and the reason about the situation of women's rights protection and Marxist views on women in Northern rural areas of Shanxi from the political, economic, cultural and social points of view. The paper holds that the rural women in northern Shanxi are deeply tied up by the feudal thought from the aspects of political democracy, economic, cultural, social etc., which run counter to the basic ideas of liberating women and giving women freedom. Meanwhile, this section also discusses causes of inconsistency between the situation of women's rights protection and Marxist views on women in Northern rural areas of Shanxi.The third part, combing the view of Marxism views on women and Marxist Law together, creatively proposes Marxist views on women's law to solve the problem of rural women in northern Shaanxi. It mainly talks about the concept of Marxist views on women's law, the necessity and possibility to solve rural women in Northern Shaanxi by the way of Marxist views on women, and how to guarantee the women's rights in northern Shaanxi. In this section, the paper proposes the new concept of Marxist views on women's law, and thinks this idea should regard the women's rights as the basic value. Marxist views on women's law should be measured by the operability of the system. In this section, the article particularly discusses the necessity and possibility to implement Marxist views on women's law in the northern rural area and uses it to solve the guarantee issues of women's rights in northern Shaanxi. The last section in this part puts forward the policies to solve the inconsistencies between the Marxist views on women and Northern rural in Shanxi: first, continue to improve and perfect the system of rural women's political participation; second, continue to enrich and improve the economic status of rural women; third, continue to build and develop the advanced culture of rural women; forth, continue to enhance and upgrade the subject consciousness of rural women.
