A Comparative Study On The Non-governmental Educational Promotion Laws Of The Cross-straits

The non-governmental educational promotion laws of the Cross-straits are compared and analyzed in terms of the history , the content and the private school value. This paper analyses the similarities and differences between Chinese Non-governmental Educational Promotion Law and Taiwan Private School Law .it is hoped that this paper will be of some heuristic effect upon the China mainland non-governmental educational promotion law.The dissertation was initiated from historical perspective of the non-governmental educational promotion laws of the Cross-straits so as to introduce and evaluate the background and characteristics of mainland' non-governmental educational promotion law and the private school law being revised in 2002, which further illustrate similarities and differences between the private school value, etc. A followed-up comparative study was made on Tizi, status, setup and examine and approve, educational funds and school management between the non-governmental educational promotion laws of the Cross-straits. As a result of comparative study, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the non-governmental educational promotion laws of the Cross-straits in five above-mentioned dimensions. Lastly, the paper makes a thorough contrastive study of the status, the value and the mode of the private school. Consequently, from that comparison, some rational suggestionsare made so as to perfect China mainland non-governmental educational promotion law.
