As the development of urbanization, more and more Migrants are going to Shanghai for making a living, and the accompanying children are becoming more and more. Ensuring the equal educational right of migrant students and obtaining the same welfare with the city children have already became the tendency.The article studies a case and adopts the method of qualitative research. Article analyses the status of educational tracking, the views and feeling of migrant students and their parents and the influence of tracking for the social integration, self-assessment and study attitudes.According to the study, The article find that although migrant students entered the same public school with the children of city, the educational tracking depending on the identity and study background makes migrant students learning fewer and obtaining lower expectation. Migrant students and their parents all think tracking is inequity. Meanwhile article also finds the tracking brings the passive influence for the social integration and study attitudes of migrant students. Although article find that the tracking can not brings the passive influence fore the self-assessment of migrant student, article studies one case, and the quantity and representation.are limited. So the conclusion needs to be confirmed in the future research. Finally, the article provides the suggestions to protect the right of migrant students in the view of educational equity and social security.
